02Terms

The fine print

Payment
Invoiced up front for single sessions and intensives; monthly plans bill at the start of each month. Card or bank transfer.
Refunds
If the first paid session isn't worth what you paid, say so and I refund it. Monthly plans cancel any time; you keep the rest of the month.
Rescheduling
Move a session with 24 hours' notice, no charge. Inside 24 hours it counts as used — once, then we talk about whether the cadence is working.
Confidentiality
Everything you share stays private. I'll sign your NDA, and I decline work that directly conflicts with an existing client.
